On my own healing journey through anxiety, grief, and chronic overwhelm, I discovered the power of breathwork, body-based healing, and self-expression. When I finally reconnected with my nervous system, my truth, and my creativity, everything changed.
I learned that life is made up of a series of transitions but the safety we seek in uncertainty can only begin from within.
Now, I guide other sensitive, ambitious women like you to return to your center. Through a soulful blend of somatic breathwork, positive psychology, and creative practices, I help you rediscover:

Trauma-Informed Somatic Breathwork
Breathwork is an active meditation technique that allows you to quiet your mind, and turn up the volume of your intuition. An Inner Alchemy Breathwork Healing Session is a powerful, trauma-informed breathwork experience designed to help you release stuck emotions, quiet mental noise, and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom.
This active meditation and healing practice supports you in moving through anxiety, grief, overwhelm, or the weight of “something you can’t name.” You’ll be held in a safe, supportive space to feel, process, and alchemize what’s been stored, so you can walk away feeling lighter, clearer, and more alive.

Each session is a trauma-informed space where all parts of you are welcome — your anxiety, your emotions, your dreams, and everything in between.
We’ll often begin with grounding, breathwork, or mindfulness practices to help regulate your nervous system. From there, we’ll explore what’s alive in your body and mind through somatic inquiry, emotional processing, and intuitive guidance. No two sessions are the same — they unfold based on what your system needs most.
