If you are constantly second guessing yourself, trying to get everything “right”, rushing through life trying to get everything done at once, and in a cycle of constantly saying “yes”… I get it because that was literally me too! I found the world of somatic breathwork and coaching on my own journey of overcoming anxiety, healing grief, and releasing perfectionism.
I’ve learned that life is a series of consistent transitions and the only way to find safety amidst all of the uncertainty, is by finding it within yourself first.
I found that there were so many modalities missing the mark when it came to understanding my life experience, past trauma, and overall emotional landscape. I was sick of being so anxious and when I finally found the connection to my body, and my breath — everything shifted.
Today, I am passionate about helping the highly anxious, type A-ish folks, and people pleasers emerge from chronically putting other people first, overworking to burnout, and breaking free from trying to have everything “perfect” so that they can instead have…

Trauma-Informed Somatic Breathwork
Breathwork is an active meditation technique that allows you to quiet your mind, and turn up the volume of your intuition. Often you are operating from a heightened sympathetic nervous system response (fight or flight) or a freeze/fawn response. Breathwork will calm, shift, and balance the nervous system. It releases stored trauma, builds emotional resilience, and promotes autonomy and choice.
Integrative Somatic Coaching + Life Coaching
Using a body-based approach incorporates a deeper understanding and root cause discovery when it comes to patterns, conditioning, and trauma. You will learn how to understand your body’s signals, identify your own needs and boundaries, and cultivate a strong sense of self-trust and inner worth. It is an approach that supports you in breaking free from cycles of over-giving, overachieving, and self-abandonment.
Clarity + Vision Creation Intensive
Experience an intentional space focused on your true desires, core values, and unique life vision. Let go of the expectations of others and operate from a place that resonates with your truest self. You will shift your focus inward to reconnect with your needs, values, and dreams.
Long-Term Custom Packages
In addition to individual single sessions, I offer long-term packages that are built custom based on your personal goals. The best place for us to start working together is with a single session, and then we build your custom package from there.

Sessions and packages range from $130–$450, depending on length and services.

Sessions take place virtually on Zoom. Group events are held virtually and in-person.

Every session is a space where all parts of you are welcome. Your fears, emotions, dreams, desires, and everything in between. I provide an integrative, trauma-informed approach, weaving together somatic therapy, breathwork, parts work, mindfulness, energy work, and inner child healing. Sessions are designed to help you feel safe and supported as you explore what’s coming up in your body and mind. We often begin with grounding practices, breathwork, or meditation, giving you an opportunity to pause and breathe.

Somatic coaching focuses on your mind-body connection and addresses how experiences are stored within the body. It is a supportive modality for anxiety, trauma, depression, emotional healing, grief, perfectionism, and life transitions. Working together includes a compassionate and client-centered approach, so that you feel safe, present, and supported.
