Hi there, I’m Rachel Kraft.
I’m here to help you thrive while navigating the ups and downs of your life, career, and relationships.
With more than six years of experience as a somatic healer, I have dedicated my work to helping women integrate, heal, and flourish.
Breathwork facilitator and somatic coach.
Real relief begins when you feel safe in your own body. From there, clarity, confidence, and choice naturally follow.
The Story Behind the Work.
My journey into this work began with my own.
For years, I struggled with anxiety, confidence, relationships, and feeling truly connected to myself. After experiencing profound loss, I began exploring new ways of understanding healing, eventually discovering breathwork, somatics, mindfulness, and the mind-body connection.
What started as a personal journey became a much deeper curiosity about the ways our experiences live within us and what becomes possible when we learn to meet ourselves with awareness, compassion, and a greater sense of safety.
Over the years, that curiosity has led me to train extensively in trauma-informed somatic work, breathwork, nervous system education, parts work, and other mind-body approaches, while guiding women through their own experiences of healing, self-discovery, and growth.
Today, my work is rooted in a simple belief: you don't need to become someone new. You need space to reconnect with who you already are.
Through somatic experiences, breathwork, education, and conversation, I create spaces for women to slow down, listen inward, understand themselves more deeply, and build a more connected relationship with their mind and body.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Somatic coaching is a body-based approach to personal growth and self-awareness. Rather than focusing only on thoughts, somatic work also brings attention to physical sensations, emotions, breath, nervous system responses, and patterns you notice within yourself. The intention is to help you develop greater awareness, connection, and choice in how you respond to what you're experiencing.
-
Somatic coaching may be a good fit if you're curious about the connection between your mind, body, emotions, and nervous system. Many people come to this work because they experience anxiety, overthinking, overwhelm, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or disconnection and want to explore a more embodied way of understanding themselves.
-
Somatic coaching can support people navigating anxiety, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and patterns of burnout or people-pleasing. It can also help individuals deepen self-awareness, build emotional resilience, and develop tools for nervous system regulation in everyday life.
-
A somatic breathwork session combines intentional breathing with body awareness, music, somatic cues, and time for integration. We'll begin by checking in and setting an intention before moving into the guided breathwork experience. Afterward, you'll have time to rest, notice what arose, and integrate the experience.
No previous breathwork experience is required.

No. Services offered through the business are coaching and wellness services and are not psychotherapy or clinical mental health treatment.
Somatic coaching can offer space for self-exploration, personal growth, nervous system education, and body-based practices, but it is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or other mental health treatment when those services are needed.

Sessions are available both in person in Long Beach, NY and virtually for clients worldwide. Many clients choose virtual sessions because somatic practices and breathwork translate very well to online sessions.
